Healthy Minds projects at TIES

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused massive layoffs, forced isolation, and tremendous financial, physical, and mental health stress in our community. To address these challenges, The Immigrant Education Society (TIES) is launching several mental health service projects.

The projects will support and enhance Albertans’ mental health during the pandemic through workshops, professional counselling services and a comprehensive and highly accessible information package. Our counselling services are free of charge. If you need to talk to a professional counsellor, please access our portal here to sign up for your counselling appointment: https://oab.owlpractice.ca/tieshealthyminds

Or Olivia Chen at [email protected] or call at 587-392-4186

Or Kulwinder Sarai at [email protected] or call 587-392-4180

Or https://www.immigrant-education.ca/ties-healthy-minds

In addition to Counselling, we have regular workshops. Register for our workshop here:https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mindfulness-healthy-minds-workshops-tickets-122579676111
